The two-year Keppel Associate Programme (KAP) seeks to give high-calibre talents the commercial exposure, industry knowledge and professional networks they will need to become Keppel’s future leaders.

Through job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership programmes, you will be immersed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be exposed to exciting opportunities across Keppel's various industries. 

High-performing individuals who exhibit the potential to take on leadership positions in the organisation will be invited to join the Keppel Young Leaders Programme after graduating from the KAP, and will also be exposed to managerial duties within five to six years of joining.

We are in search of talented graduates with global mindset who possess:

Keppel internship programme

Jump-start your career when you join the Keppel Internship Programme (KIP) - a structured programme designed to develop and empower you as you grow in your career. As a Keppel Intern, you will gain valuable on-the-job experience, solve business challenges, develop innovative solutions and learn from inspiring leaders.

The Keppel Internship Programme is designed for Undergraduates and Polytechnic students in their 2nd year or penultimate year of study.

We are looking for individuals who demonstrate:


  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with strong learning ability
  • Alignment with Keppel’s core values and operating principles

What you can expect

Interns who excel in their internship assignments and exhibit the potential to develop careers with Keppel will be invited to join the Keppel Associate Programme.

Modular training

The Scheme includes an orientation phase, attachments with various departments, classroom-based learning, on-the-job training and specialised workshops. In the process, you will be mentored by some of the best industry veterans.
