Keppel is focused on Offshore & Marine, Property and Infrastructure businesses to deliver sustainable earnings growth and create maximum value for shareholders. The Group also has an Investments Division for which Keppel is continuing to build value.
Our Offshore & Marine Division, under Keppel Offshore & Marine Limited (Keppel O&M), is a leading player in the offshore rig, ship conversions and repair and specialised shipbuilding businesses. It is the world leader in the design and construction of jackup and semisubmersible rigs. It is also a leader in FPSO/FSO conversions and shiprepair, and has reputed expertise in the building of specialised tugboats and supply vessels.
Keppel O&M is headquartered in Singapore and has a network of 20 yards worldwide which includes the USA, Brazil, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Philippines, UAE, The Netherlands, Norway and China. This allows the Group to optimise deployment of available resources, enabling us to execute our “Near Market, Near Customer” strategy effectively.
Our Property Division, through Keppel Land Limited is focused on its core businesses of property development for sale and property fund management.
As one of Asia’s premier property companies, Keppel Land is an established developer of premier residential properties and investment-grade offices. It is also Singapore’s largest developer and operator of prime office space. It is geographically diversified in Asia, with the current focus on Singapore, China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
In the area of property fund management, Keppel Land manages funds through Alpha Investment Partners, as well as K-REIT Asia, a pan-Asian commercial real estate investment trust, which is sponsored by Keppel Land and listed on the Singapore Exchange.
Our Infrastructure Division comprises businesses in Environmental Engineering, Power Generation and Network Engineering & Logistics.
In Environmental Engineering, Keppel Integrated Engineering Limited (KIE) and its business units provide a wide range of environmental solutions and engineering services globally. Its subsidiary Keppel Seghers is a leading global environmental technology company providing total solutions in incineration, water & wastewater treatment and bio-solids treatment.
In Power Generation, our wholly owned subsidiary, Keppel Energy Pte Ltd has a track record of developing, owning and operating power plants in Brazil, China, Philippines and Nicaragua. In Singapore, Keppel Energy operates a 500 MW gas fired combined cycle power plant on Jurong Island.
The Network Engineering business under Keppel Telecommunications & Transportation Limited (Keppel T&T) is a reliable engineering service provider to ASEAN telcos such as those in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines and Indonesia and has a growing business in WiFi. It is also servicing the increasing demand for high-quality data storage in Europe.
In logistics management, Keppel T&T’s logistics unit provides supply chain management for the business-to-business market. Overseas, it is involved in port and logistics operations at Foshan, China.
Keppel Corporation's Investments Division comprises mainly its 45% stake in Singapore Petroleum Company, 36% stake in k1 Ventures and 20% interest in MobileOne through Keppel T&T. For all its investments, Keppel is continuing to add value to them in order to maximise value for shareholders.
