Keppel Associate Programme 2018 Cohort

The Keppel Associate Programme (KAP) seeks to engage and nurture high calibre talents who would be groomed to become Keppel’s future leaders.

You can expect to be immersed in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will get on-board exciting opportunities across the various industries that we operate in, stretching you to your fullest potential.


What you can expect from the programme

The KAP is a 2-year structured programme comprising job rotations, on-the-job training and leadership development opportunities, from which you will gain commercial exposure, industry knowledge and professional network to embark on a fulfilling and rewarding career with Keppel.

You will be assigned a mentor whom you can reach out to for guidance on professional development, as well as a talent partner who would work closely with you to realise your career aspirations and potential.

You will also be invited to events where you will get to meet and interact with the management team and colleagues, some of whom you may be working with through cross-unit task forces, committees and forums. These are excellent opportunities for networking and learning.

As a high-performing individual who exhibit the potential to take on leadership positions in the organisation, you may be invited to the Keppel Young Leaders Programme after graduating from the KAP, and you may also be exposed to managerial duties within five to six years of joining.

Who we are looking for

We are in search of talents with global mindset, who thrive in innovation and entrepreneurship, and who have a Can Do spirit.

You would be a graduate with less than 2 years’ work experience, strong academic achievements and demonstrated track record of leadership roles in co-curricular activities or community work. Other requirements include:

  • Good degree in related disciplines
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly motivated with strong learning agility
  • Alignment to Keppel Group core values

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a series of selection assessments and interviews to ensure that you are the right fit for the role:

  • Case Studies
  • Cognitive Ability Assessment
  • Panel Interview with Management
